The management has put all efforts to keep all the attractions operational; however it is possible that some of the rides or attractions may not be fully operational at all times. Some guests may not be able to experience a particular attraction on a particular day or time due to technical/repairs maintenance/electricity or power failure. Conditions Apply.

Terms and Conditions

• Open for all.
• This ticket is valid for a single entry and is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-redeemable.
• No refunds permissible if certain ride/s not functional on a particular day, irrespective of declarations of availability made.
• On the purchase of this ticket the holder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to all the terms and conditions in the theme park and voluntarily assumes all the risks.
• Guests are requested to study various safety signs of all the rides and attractions and act accordingly in terms of height and medical conditions.
• Imagica Theme Park will not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury sustained by the ticket holder, and persons accompanying him, while in the park.
• Ticket package, rates and governing conditions are subject to change without notice.
• Imagica Theme Park reserves the rights to refuse entry to holder of this ticket for violations of park rules, illegal activity or failure to comply with any security measures.
• The following articles are strictly prohibited: Eatables (Including Gutkha, Pan-Masala, Chewing Gum, Chocolate, Chips) and Lighter, Knife, Match-Box, Firearms and all kind of inflammable objects.
• Kindly retain the ticket and wrist band, if provided, till you leave the premises.
• Tickets are required to be purchased for Children above 5 years of age. Family (2 Adult, 2 Child): Equivalent to 4 persons with 2 persons equivalent to `Adult` and 2 persons equivalent to `Child`.
• Passport TandCs:
• Passport issued is valid for a period of 1 year from the date of issue. Validity date is mentioned on the Passport, and effective from the first visit date.
• Passport entitles the holder to a total of four visits to Imagica Theme Park and Water Park.
• Passport allows the holder to avail various offers either at Theme Park or Water Park within the valid period.
• The Passport holder under whose name the Passport has been purchased must be present at the ticket counter at the time of redemption.
• Passport holder must care for and maintain the Passport. Torn / soiled / damaged Passports will not be accepted.
• Only the Passport holder will be allowed to avail offered benefits.
• Passport is not valid unless signed by the holder of the pass.
• Passport is not a credit/debit card and is non- refundable, non-saleable and non-transferable.
• The signing and usage of Passport is governed by the TandCs and rules and regulations of the Imagica Passport program and is deemed as acceptance of said terms available at

• Imagica reserves the rights to withdraw/discontinue this product/offer/promotion at any point without any prior intimation.
